I’m Linh Duong, a visual designer and aspiring UI/UX designer based in Berlin. With a degree in Communication Design from HTW Berlin and experience in gaming and beauty, I specialize in visual design, illustration, animation, and engaging digital marketing assets. In addition, I also have experience in customer support and project management, allowing me to work effectively with teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.
I am currently working as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Maica Germany Nails & Cosmetics, where I bridge communication between management, customers, and the creative team. I coordinate schedules, handle client correspondence, and support marketing activities, including planning content, launching campaigns, and creating simple visual designs aligned with our brand. Previously focusing strongly on customer engagement, social media management, and ad execution, I developed a deeper interest in customer needs—motivating me to explore UX/UI and approach communication from a more user-centered perspective.
Previously, I was a Visual Design Intern at Wooga, the market leader in hidden object games, where I created social media artwork and collaborated with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns. My time at Wooga strengthened my design skills and gave me valuable insights into the gaming industry and teamwork across diverse teams.
